Yes. 10% LVG Tax is applied at the prevailing rate to products sold by Seller on Shopee. All prices indicated on Shopee are inclusive of LVG Tax, where applicable.

Notes 

1. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department announced that the 10% sales tax on Low Value Goods (“LVG”) will be effective from 1 January 2024.
2. Definition of LVG: Goods not exceeding RM500 sold online and imported from abroad into Malaysia will be subject to the tax and will be charged upon order confirmation from 1 January 2024.
